It’s my-B-Day!

Guess what… By the title I think you already know that it’s my Birthday! I am 12 years old. I can’t belive next year I’ll be a teenager!!! So crazy to think about!!!

Siri is wrong for once!

imageSiri Question

My dad honestly don’t think this answer is true… For some reasons:

1. The capacity for growth: when we stop growing, we die?

2. Reproduction: not everyone to reproduce.

3. Functional activity: some people can’t walk, move their arms, etc.

So, for once, Siri is WRONG! Ha, Ha on you Apple.

The true meaning in life is to, (in my opinion) is to live it

There. I am now finished with this post… Feels great!

What do you do?

Just think about this poem, read it think it through. I was moved by this writing!

Success Inspirers' World

What do you do

When things come to a standstill?

When you want to move things forward

But nothing is moving?

What do you do

When everything

Everyone seems to be against you?

When you want to get on with others

But everyone is difficult?

What do you do

When all doors close on you?

When you want to get in

But every door you touch closes to you?

What do you do

When tears continuously roll down your cheeks?

When you want no tears

But you cannot stop them from rolling down?

Life Update #1

I have decided to do a life update series. Of whatever is going on in the day or hour. I will try to make them as interesting as I can! So now introducing the first blog of the Life update series!

So right now my mother is getting her hair done. (for three hours!) That is the average amount of time. The only reason I like it here is because they have chocolate, and me and Kathryn (My little sister) can do anything we want, while my mother is glued to her seat for three hours. And we get to bring our iPads. Which is pretty awesome. Even though they are for school only. Did I tell you we are homeschooled? Its our first year. Just wanted to explain that first. Any-who, I am sitting in a blue-tealish Chair that is super cozy, I know you want chocolate. Its tempting! The chocolate is right beside me. Maybe I can just take one more piece…🍫So YUMMY!

Thank you!

My friend’s Blog:

What to write!

So you might not trust and 11 year old for blogging/writing tips, but hey cut me some slack! (to people who are older than 19) Seriously. Trust me on this post… I’m not kidding! 11 year olds can be smart with writing tips too!

Getting back to the point:

So you REALLY want to write something but you don’t know what!  Keep on writing stories, write in a journal. Your topic can be about a unicorn who poops chocolate. (your secret is safe with me) Just keep on writing…and writing, this will give you a feel for it. If you are still stuck here are some topics:

Putting my foot in my mouth
What if school sports were dropped?
Who knows me best?
What do I worry about?
My muscles were so sore after . . .
What do we Americans do well?
“Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off the goal.”
I admit it; I enjoy professional wrestling.
An unforgettable dream
My worst vacation
A “visit” to a hospital, doctor’s office, or dentist’s office
Coping with brothers and sisters
A typical evening at home
Morning madness
When I was a discipline problem
A meaningful gift I’ve given or received
We all make mistakes.
Why do I deserve the job?
My brother (or sister) made me so mad!
Hanging out
Something this school really needs is . . .
Why are soap operas so popular?
I take some things too seriously.
What do I do to break routine?

My craziest experience in a restaurant or shopping mall
The hardest thing I’ve ever done
My first encounter with a bully
Let’s hear it for my favorite senior citizen.
The toys I’ll never give up
A friend who moved away
I couldn’t believe that my mother volunteered me for that job.

Staying at a friend’s house
A special secret place
When I was upside down
What if we suddenly had to move?
My most embarrassing moment
Talk about being scared!
Do I want to be famous?
Creepy, crawly things
What if I were the teacher?
I’ll never eat another . . .
My biggest surprise
This school really needs . . .
The first day of school is the worst/best.

A pet sitter needs special instructions to care for my pet.
Doing homework
A song that means a lot to me
My best day
A day in the life of my pet
I don’t understand why . . .
Dirt bikes and in-line skates
A visit to a friend’s school
What is important to me?
A terrible storm
Me and the outdoors
My first school memories

I KNOW it’s overwhelming! But it’s OK.

I was too, when I read ALL of the things on this list. I still can’t believe I typed all of that! That’s so cool. Tell me in the comments below what you think, and what topic should I write about… Don’t forget to follow! I will have more blogs coming soon.

(and yes I wrote the list by myself, with my own brain!)

March of Dimes!

I bet you are wondering. What is March Of Dimes? Today is your lucky day! I am going to tell you just that:

What is March of Dimes?

March of Dimes is an organization that is trying to find a cure for premature birth. March of Dimes also helps premature birth by researching different treatments and equipment to prevent premature birth.

Money that matters!

In the Spring, my family goes down to Kentucky to March for Babies to raise money for the cause. Our family has signed up for the March of Dimes website, so we can set a goal for how much money we raise. That money goes to March of Dimes. We try to raise at least $3,000 before the walk. So don’t  hesitate to donate, it will make a difference.

The Walk

Every year, March of Dimes hosts an annual walk for the cause. The walk for March of Dimes is hosted across the USA.  If you would like to learn more about the walk and to donate click on the link below:
